C.M. Brewster & Co. Real Estate is a team of Sandpoint Realtors with experience. In the late seventies, Chuck Brewster started this grass-roots real estate group. The original “Co.” included Tom Renk our current broker, who has been helping Sandpoint area residents buy and sell property for 26 years. Many changes have developed in Sandpoint over time, but Tom has been able to hold on to the original spirit of a company that aims first and foremost to help people accomplish their hopes, dreams, and needs in Northern Idaho real estate.
Why Sandpoint?
An innate love for this beautiful territory has been the basis for our existence from the beginning. The city of Sandpoint, Idaho is surrounded by vast amounts of land – much of it raw, rugged, and remote. Although community growth in recent years has made some of the scenic areas more accessible, there still are certainly unique aspects to real estate ownership in North Idaho. The help of C.M.
